Directions:
• Apply Color Touch to pre-shampooed, towel-dried hair using either a brush and bowl or an applicator bottle.
• Recommended development time - 20 minutes.
• Emulsify and rinse until the water runs clear.
• Follow with Performance Plus Antioxidation Conditioning Rinse.
