How to use:
• Mix one part Pure Light Power Lightener to three parts PRAVANA Crème Developer or to the desired consistency. Apply to dry hair.
• Blue/Violet base neutralizes orange and gold undertones while lightening
• Can be used on or off the scalp use 10-20 volume developer for on-scalp application and 10, 20, 30, or 40 for off-scalp application.
